Thank you for purchasing digital products from ilearntricity (“we,” “our,” “us”).
Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds can and cannot be issued.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.

  1. All Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital goods—such as downloadable content, e-books, templates, online courses, and training materials—all sales are final once the purchase is completed.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to use or complete the product
  • Incorrect expectations
  • Lack of technical skill to use the content
  • Downloading the product and deciding it is “not what you wanted”

This protects our digital content from unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse.

  1. Situations Where Refunds May Be Granted

While all sales are generally final, we may issue refunds only in the following exceptional cases:

2.1 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

If you cannot access your digital product due to a technical error on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be granted.

2.3 Payment Processing Errors

If your bank or payment provider confirms that:

  1. Unauthorized File Sharing

If any download or course content purchased from ilearntricity is found to be shared, redistributed, resold, or posted online, all refund requests are void, and legal action may be taken.

  1. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • Access to all purchased products will be revoked
  • Your account may be suspended or terminated
  • Documentation will be provided to the payment processor to contest fraudulent claims

We may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately and apply to all new purchases.
