Welcome to ilearntricity (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in our online course platform, digital products, learning resources, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing the Platform, enrolling in a course, or using any of our digital materials, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

No refund is issued for account termination caused by user violations.

You are granted a limited license for personal use only.

  • Sell or license content.
  • Create derivative works
  • Share Content publicly or privately

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

  1. User-Generated Content

If you post comments, discussion responses, uploaded files, or other user-generated content (“UGC”) on the Platform, you agree that:

  • You own or have rights to the content
  • Your content does not violate rights or laws
  • You grant iLeartricity a non-exclusive license to display, store, and use the UGC to operate the Platform

We may remove UGC that is abusive, illegal, or inappropriate.

We strive to maintain consistent platform availability but do not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with every device or browser

We are not liable for downtime caused by hosting providers, maintenance, third-party services, or internet outages.

These services operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions.
