No refund is issued for account termination caused by user violations.

All course videos, text, downloads, worksheets, graphics, training modules, PDFs, and other materials (collectively “Content”) are owned by iLearntricity and protected by Canadian copyright and IP laws.

You are granted a limited license for personal use only.
You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish content.
• Sell or license content.
• Create derivative works
• Share Content publicly or privately

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. User-Generated Content

If you post comments, discussion responses, uploaded files, or other user-generated content (“UGC”) on the Platform, you agree that:

• You own or have rights to the content
• Your content does not violate rights or laws
• You grant iLeartricity a non-exclusive license to display, store, and use the UGC to operate the Platform

We may remove UGC that is abusive, illegal, or inappropriate.

8. Platform Availability & Technical Issues

We strive to maintain consistent platform availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with every device or browser

We are not liable for downtime caused by hosting providers, maintenance, third-party services, or internet outages.

These services operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability
